LDAR Plan Development and Update
We develop expert plans which include site schematics and checklists. The schematics contain LDAR-specific information so that non-LDAR piping and components are not included and therefore do not get combined with LDAR regulatory equipment. For LDAR Plan updates, Plans will be updated to include revised schematics and checklists for new/removed components.

LDAR Inspections and Monitoring
We perform weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual olfactory, visual, and auditory (OVA) inspections, as well as Optical Gas Imaging (OGI) surveys, Method 21 Monitoring, and Negative-Pressure Certifications.

LDARTracks
LDARTracks is an application that streamlines LDAR inspections by allowing users to download reports immediately following the inspection, view LDAR inspections for multiple facilities from one web location, and manage corrective actions. GPS technology tracks the user’s progress and provides easy navigation to inspection points, which gives stakeholders the peace of mind that inspectors are in the correct location while performing the inspection. The camera functionality allows the inspector to upload photos of each inspection point, making it easy for facilities to identify components as well as provide pictures of findings.
