CEMS/COMS Technician

Environmental 360 is seeking a full-time CEMS/COMS Technician to be based in the southeastern area to service clients primarily in the Southeast and Pacific Northwest. Learn More

The primary role of the CEMS/COMS Technician is to perform monthly, quarterly, and annual preventative maintenance and compliance certifications in large industrial and manufacturing facilities and to complete necessary reporting for that maintenance. This position is also expected to lead and assist on CEMS/COMS Integration projects for our clients as well as occasional emergency service work. The CEMS/COMS Technician will also be the primary communicator with the client in those facilities; therefore, he or she must possess professional communication skills and customer service. This position is also expected to assist with business development and marketing of all Environmental 360 services. Overnight and day travel is required depending on clients’ schedules. In addition to the field work, there will also be administrative duties required with project field notes, monthly/quarterly/annual reports, compliance plans, expense reports, and time sheets.

Persons interested in this position must possess or be able to perform the following:

  • Post-secondary education in electrical engineering technician, electronics technician, electrical
    technician, HVAC technician, or related degree or experience
  • Electrical experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Ability to adhere to the admission requirements of specific client sites
  • Effectively follow safety procedures of Environmental 360 and specific client sites
  • Ability to work outdoors in extreme climates and potentially hazardous environments
  • Drive to and from industrial sites throughout the Southeast
  • Climb ladder or steps, on occasion, up to 200 feet
  • Walk long distances to complete inspections

Environmental 360 is seeking a full-time IT Administrator to be based in Murfreesboro to service team members and clients across the country. Learn More

IT Administrator Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Provide technology support to team members who are located across the country including installation, configuration, maintenance, testing, and troubleshooting
  • Proactively manage the purchase, asset tracking, and retirement of technology equipment including laptops, desktops, printers, copiers, tablets, and game cameras
  • Onboard and offboard team members with proper technology while providing outstanding service

Marketing Coordinator Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Market new software to current and potential clients
  • Perform demonstrations of the software as necessary
  • Attend national and regional environmental conferences to market the company’s services
  • Manage the company’s social media presence on Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn
  • Create and design a regular email campaign with current industry information
  • Maintain the company website with updated team member information and pictures, current services provided, updated company maps, and regular relevant blog postings
  • Track website traffic and improve SEO

Staff Scientist Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Perform monthly, quarterly, and annual environmental compliance inspections, particularly LDAR and SPCC, in large industrial and manufacturing facilities
  • Complete and manage necessary reporting for those monthly, quarterly, and annual environmental compliance inspections
  • Communicate with and provide customer service to clients responsible for environmental compliance in large industrial and manufacturing facilities
  • Ensure client compliance with EPA regulations
  • Market environmental compliance services to current and future clients
  • Complete weekly expense reports and timesheets
  • Overnight and day travel 50% of the time to client sites to perform environmental compliance inspections

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Ability to adhere to the admission requirements of large industrial and manufacturing client sites
  • Effectively follow safety procedures of Environmental 360 and industrial and manufacturing client sites
  • Ability to work in hot, humid, and potentially hazardous environments

Qualifications and Skills:

  • 3-5 years professional experience
