Logan Smith is the EHSTracks Support Manager with Environmental 360. Logan graduated from Middle Tennessee State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Plant and Soil Science. Growing up on a farm, Logan has always had a passion for agriculture, soil, and natural resources. Throughout his undergraduate degree, he held internships with TWRA and NRCS where he began learning about mapping and federal regulations.
Logan joined Environmental 360 in 2018 as a Staff Scientist performing environmental compliance inspections throughout the Southeast. After 2 years he was promoted to Project Scientist and managed environmental compliance with LDAR, SPCC, and SWPPP for the Tennessee, Kentucky, North Alabama, and North Mississippi regions. Logan also assisted with many special projects around the Southeast region when needed. Logan is a certified Level I Thermographer and has performed Optical Gas Survey’s for several Natural Gas compressor stations in the Southeastern and Northeastern region. Logan also obtained his UAV pilot license for special projects which include mapping aerial sites and aerial photographs.
More recently, Logan works closely with our EHSTracks team and handles the day-to-day support for the internal software program. He also assists with improving the current applications along with designing and testing future environmental compliance applications. Logan still assists with many other special projects around the Southeast region when needed.
Logan currently resides in Lebanon, Tennessee. He is an avid outdoorsman and loves spending time with his wife, son, and chocolate lab.
