Torry Gannon

Torry Gannon is the Vice President of Internal Programs at Environmental 360. He also serves as a Member of the EHSTracks Board of Directors. He has been with the company, servicing industrial clients since 2012. After graduating from Bradley University in 2008, he began his career with the Missouri Department of Natural Resources in their Air Pollution Control Program out of the St. Louis office. He gained a valuable knowledge base in air pollution and ozone attainment regulations.

After four years, Torry joined the Environmental 360 team. Starting out as a staff scientist, he began to service a base of pulp and paper clients while expanding his knowledge of the pulp and paper market. He gained valuable experience in the areas of leak detection and repair (LDAR), spill prevention, control, and countermeasures (SPCC), as well as natural resources and wildlife management. During this time, Torry was promoted to project scientist and was responsible for management aspects of the LDAR program for over 10 pulp and paper facilities, including monthly and annual inspections, schematic drawing and checklist creation, recordkeeping, scheduling, and budgeting. Torry also expanded his project knowledge into odor modeling and other air monitoring projects while also being responsible for SPCC Plan development and implementation for pulp and paper facilities. Because of the quality of his work and the service he provided to his clients, he quickly expanded the LDAR program in his area to over 20 facilities. Torry then trained and developed new team members in his area to conduct these inspections.

Today, Torry continues to assist in expanding the EHS services provided by Environmental 360 by developing our team internally as the Vice President of Internal Programs. Torry’s ever-expanding LDAR and SPCC knowledge base continues to improve the services we provide by first improving our team. He provides continual training on the regulations and best management practices and also audits our team on-site to ensure continuity across the company.

Torry was born and raised in rural Illinois. After living in Louisiana for seven years, Torry married and moved to Missouri. He, his wife, and their daughters enjoy spending as much of their free time as they can in the outdoors and visiting with family and friends.
