Staci Bruce

Staci Bruce is the Vice President of Compliance at Environmental 360. She also serves as Chair of the Environmental 360 Board of Directors. Staci began working at Environmental 360 as an intern in June of 2015 after graduating from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga with a Bachelor of Science degree in Environmental Science and a concentration in Geology. During her time as an intern, Staci gained valuable knowledge in environmental consulting as she traveled to project sites and assisted her fellow Environmental 360 team members with creating LDAR drawings, site maps, and process flow diagrams; developing Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plans (SWPPP); editing Spill Prevention, Control, and Countermeasure (SPCC) Plans; developing a Greenhouse Gas (GHG) Plan; and researching how current regulations affect certain facilities.

After such proven success with the team, Staci accepted a full-time position in September 2015, where she began to manage projects ranging from developing compliance plans to performing monthly LDAR, SPCC, and SWPPP inspections at sites in Tennessee, Kentucky, Alabama, and Georgia. Staci’s dedication and growing knowledge base led to a promotion to Project Scientist in 2018. Proving to be a hungry and dependable team member, she played a key role in increasing revenue and fostering client relationships through the implementation of new projects, earning her a promotion to Senior Project Manager in 2020.

Today, Staci serves as the head of the compliance team, directing in-house consulting efforts and overseeing the compliance plan and reporting division. Her expertise encompasses a wide array of compliance plans, including SPCC, FRP, SWPPP, RCRA Contingency, and MACT. Staci remains actively engaged with clients, participating in on-site work for special projects across the country, with a focus on the southeast region. Additionally, she plays a pivotal role in mentoring and developing the next generation of leaders, interacting with our regional and divisional managers on a regular basis to support their professional growth and advancement.

Staci has presented at conferences across the country including ones hosted by the Carolinas Air Pollution Control Association (CAPCA) and the Air and Waste Management Association (A&WMA) Southern Section. Staci holds the following certifications: Tennessee Erosion Prevention & Sediment Control Level 1 and Level 2, DOT Hazmat Ground Shipper, and STI SP001 Inspector.
