Logan Smith is the Vice President of Operations at EHSTracks®, LLC. Growing up on a farm, Logan has always had a passion for agriculture, soil, and natural resources. Throughout his undergraduate degree at Middle Tennessee State University, he held internships with the TWRA and NRCS, where he began learning about mapping and federal regulations. Logan earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Plant and Soil in December 2017.
Logan joined Environmental 360 in 2018 as a Staff Scientist performing environmental compliance inspections throughout the Southeast. Logan was quickly promoted to Project Scientist and managed environmental compliance with LDAR, SPCC, and SWPPP for the Tennessee, Kentucky, North Alabama, and North Mississippi regions. Logan also assisted and managed many other special projects around the Southeast region. Logan is a certified Level I Thermographer and has performed Optical Gas Surveys for several Natural Gas compressor stations in the Southeastern and Northeastern regions of the country. Logan also obtained his UAV pilot license for special projects that included mapping aerial sites and aerial photographs.
Today, Logan works with our EHSTracks® development team and handles the day-to-day support and management of our internal EHS software program. His background in environmental compliance inspections has allowed him to efficiently communicate and manage the development of new EHS compliance software applications. He continues to communicate improvements along with designing and testing for future EHS compliance applications. Logan strives to ensure our EHSTracks® clientele are provided the highest quality satisfaction, service, and responsiveness. He also assists with growing the Environmental 360 client base through customer-committed service, quality-driven work, word-of-mouth references, and long-lasting relationships. Logan continues to provide environmental compliance services as needed.
Logan currently resides in Lebanon, Tennessee. He is an avid outdoorsman and loves spending time with his wife, son, and chocolate lab.
