Lisa Hamilton is a Senior Engineer II with Environmental 360. Lisa brings a diverse level of experience in process engineering, project management, and supervision. Lisa graduated from Auburn University majoring in Chemical Engineering (2003). She also received her Masters of Business Administration degree from Troy University Dothan (2006).
During school, Lisa co-oped with Georgia-Pacific in the Process Control department at the Cedar Springs, Georgia, mill. Lisa was hired full-time after graduation as a Process Engineer in the Paper and Power departments. Lisa later moved to an Operations Supervisor and then the Asset Availability Leader (AAL) position in the Power area. She worked on process optimization, reliability, and lead a team focused on safety, compliance, and production goals.
After 10 years in the Pulp & Paper industry, Lisa accepted a position with Dow Chemical in Texas City, Texas, as the Run Plant Engineer. She worked on production tracking and improvements and outage inspections.
Lisa then transferred to the Utilities industry and accepted a job with Alabama Power – Barry Steam Plant near Mobile, Alabama. She held various positions in project management, outage management, and operations and engineering supervision. She worked as the Environmental Engineering Team Leader over all existing environmental equipment including the precipitators, scrubber, and SCR.
At Environmental 360, Lisa is responsible for the internal safety program, assisting in the development of compliance plans, and OA/QC for all project reports.
Lisa currently resides in Murfreesboro, Tennessee, with her husband and two children.
