Taylor Owen
Staff EngineerTaylor Owen is a Staff Engineer for Environmental 360 with an education in mechanical engineering and a background in the pulp and paper industry for over 2 years. During Taylor’s college career, he developed a basic understanding of the pulp and paper mill processes while interning with International Paper. As a reliability engineering intern, he was associated with various parts of the paper mill. Later in 2012, Taylor became a part-time employee of Environmental 360.
Environmental 360 immediately started using the drawing skills and CAD experience which he developed in school and interning. After spending a year part-time with Environmental 360 and finishing a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Auburn University, Taylor became full-time with Environmental 360. Immediately, he was implemented as an in-house contractor for a mill in west Alabama. While developing experience in the mill’s environmental department, he also developed skills working as a consultant at other mills. In late July 2013, Taylor moved from Auburn, Alabama, to Newnan, Georgia.
