Tammi O’Neal
Senior EngineerTammi O’Neal is a Senior Engineer at Environmental 360. with more than 10 years of environmental consulting experience. After graduating from Mississippi State University with a BS in Chemical Engineering, Ms. O’Neal began her environmental consulting career with a Mississippi based environmental firm where she provided regulatory assistance and compliance to a broad base of industrial clients. She served clients by preparing air construction, Synthetic Minor Operating, and Title V applications. She also assisted clients in air permit compliance as well as gained knowledge of the NPDES stormwater pollution prevention plans (SWPPP) and spill prevention, control, and countermeasures (SPCC) plans.
After three years, Ms. O’Neal worked for the Mississippi Department of Environmental Quality (MDEQ). She began working in the air toxics division. After several months of working with regulatory implementation in the air toxics division, she began working for the environmental compliance division where she issued air construction, operating, synthetic minor operating, and Title V operating permits for numerous facilities in the chemical and energy sectors. Ms. O’Neal next worked for a prominent southeastern regional environmental consulting and engineering firm. She gained extensive experience in the Clean Air Act and worked with facilities located in numerous southeastern states. She directed the completion of over 50 projects including applications for air construction permits, Title V operating permits, and synthetic minor operating permits as well as SWPPP, SPCC plans, and regulatory compliance audits.
Currently, Ms. O’Neal provides regulatory assistance for a number of industrial clients.
