The first six months of 2019 have yielded more growth and opportunities for the Environmental 360 team. Due to our recent LDAR presence in the chemical industry, Matt Howard joined our team in February.
Matt is an LDAR Supervisor I and has worked for the last nine years in the chemical industry managing LDAR programs and the LeakDAS database at multiple facilities in Kentucky. He also has experience with reading P&IDs and identifying and tagging components in the field.
Matt has been crucial in continuing to develop the company’s presence in the chemical industry especially in the Kentucky region. Matt is already known there and serves as a full-time asset to these facilities. Matt also works on other environmental compliance projects within Environmental 360 outside of LDAR both in the Kentucky region and beyond. His knowledge and experience have been an asset to the entire team already.
Amy Nassar came on-board in May as an Administrative Assistant. Amy graduated from Middle Tennessee State University with a Bachelor of Science in Anthropology and a concentration in Forensic Anthropology. Prior to Environmental 360, Amy joined the Marine Corps as a Combat Photographer. While in the Marines, she determined and prioritized project goals and organized the front office. During her time in college, she worked as an Assistant to the Dean of Students organizing and planning office operations as well as a Lab Assistant managing projects that involved cleaning, identifying and cataloging artifacts from an excavation site.
At Environmental 360, Amy has already begun managing multiple projects in various service areas. Her experience organizing projects and acute attention to detail have made the transition seamless for her and the rest of the team.
Earlier this month, Chris Williams joined the Environmental 360 team as a Senior Engineer III/ Regional Manager. Chris graduated from Mississippi State University in Civil Engineering. Once out of school, Chris worked three years at EcoSystems as a staff engineer. He designed and permitted solid waste landfills and performed other design and construction tasks for subdivisions and site designs. Then Chris went to work for nearly ten years as a project manager with Brown, Mitchell, and Alexander, Inc., an engineering firm in Gulfport, MS. Chris managed various permitting, design, and construction projects.
Chris has his P.E. designation and environmental compliance experience. His role at Environmental 360 will be to certify compliance plans nationwide and develop and lead the MS, LA, AR, and West Alabama region.
We are excited to see the company growth we continue to experience and are looking forward to where we will go next.
