Logan Hamilton is a Staff Scientist II with Environmental 360. He will handle environmental compliance with LDAR and SPCC for our pulp and paper clients located in Louisiana, Arkansas and Texas.
He received his Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from the University of Louisiana at Monroe. Immediately after receiving his degree, he began work for an antimicrobial chemical company as a Sales and Service Representative. In this position, Logan was required to travel throughout much of the Southeast to poultry processing plants, helping to diagnose and mitigate issues within each plant using various chemical applications.
After spending just over a year in chemical sales, Logan transitioned to the oil and gas industry. He spent the next 5 years working as a Lead Environmental Inspector in Michigan and Illinois. As Lead EI, Logan was part of the management team for mainline pipeline construction projects. He was responsible for ensuring that these large projects maintained compliance with numerous environmental permits set forth by agencies such as the USACOE, DNR, DEQ, EPA, local drain commissions and the energy company’s own Environmental Protection Plan.
Logan currently resides in West Monroe, Louisiana. He enjoys spending time outdoors with his son, teaching him to hunt and fish as well as coaching his baseball team.
