Elizabeth Bullen is the Vice-President of Operations at Environmental 360. Elizabeth began her career in hospitality sales and marketing with a small hotel in Montgomery, Alabama, in 2005 after graduating from Auburn University. She started as a catering coordinator, but she quickly advanced to the senior catering sales manager at a large convention center in downtown Nashville, Tennessee.
Elizabeth has achieved many accomplishments throughout her career including consistently meeting and exceeding her sales goals, growing her sales by 47%, creating and implementing standard operating procedures, work flows and processes, and playing an integral role in opening a 1.2 million square foot facility.
At the beginning of her career with Environmental 360, Elizabeth took on many roles. She became an extension of each project and project manager however she was needed. She played a major role performing quality control and standardization on all documents and reports in order to generate exceptional projects for the clients of Environmental 360. Her experience of detailing many large conventions helped her develop a skill of being very attentive to details on these projects and to know key elements to look for while reviewing them. Elizabeth has helped to brand the Environmental 360 name by creating new and exciting marketing materials and making a presence at local and regional trade shows and conferences and local community events. Elizabeth strives to create a rewarding and satisfying place to work for every team member each day. This includes listening to team member comments and suggestions and ensuring their company benefits are appropriately handled.
Elizabeth lives in Smyrna, TN with her husband and son.
