
Matthew Ward
Scientist IMatthew Ward is a Scientist I at Environmental 360. Matthew graduated from Georgia Southern University with a degree in Business Administration in Logistics and Intermodal Transportation where he was also able to follow his passion for the outdoors by becoming a member of the Georgia Southern University Ducks Unlimited Chapter. Matthew excelled in his performance while on the college Ducks Unlimited chapter which lead to his nomination of being President of the Statesboro/Bulloch County Adult Chapter of Ducks Unlimited by his district chairman. After being elected for this position, Matthew delegated duties to 12 elders on the adult committee and coordinated several significant fundraising banquets. His leadership and outstanding performance was recognized at the state convention where awarded 1st place for revenue increase of all Georgia chapters in the pintail flight category of Ducks Unlimited.
Matthew demonstrated his hard work ethic by simultaneously maintaining two professional positions. Matthew worked for Lucas Lawn Care in Statesboro, Georgia, where he was the business operator and worked independently from his supervisor to coordinate schedules and expectations of approximately 30 projects. Matthew also solely owned and operated his own lawn care business, Ward Lawn Care, also in Statesboro, Georgia. He also worked as a quail hunting guide at Marsh Hunting Preserve, also in Statesboro, during the fall and winter months for 3 years. Because of his experience with managing businesses and employees, and his experience with a vast client and project list, Matthew has grown his listening and communication skills, safety and precautionary skills, customer service, business development, and decision making.
Matthew will continue this hard work by taking care of the Environmental 360 clients through his support on existing projects, specifically LDAR projects, amongst many others.
